Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead Procurement team. The Senior Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement processes for JLL's build projects, developing and implementing strategies that drive cost savings and operational efficiency. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can manage high-value contracts, lead a team of procurement professionals, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing JLL's competitive advantage through innovative procurement practices,
ultimately contributing to the company's local growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost savings
- Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to payment
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals
- Analyze market trends and conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide procurement solutions
- Implement and maintain procurement systems and technologies
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement activities
- Manage risk in the supply chain and develop contingency plans
