We are a creative and premium beauty business focused on high-quality artistry services, beauty training programs and products, delivering personalized experiences to clients and students across domestic and international markets.

Qualification: BBA / equivalent

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls to domestic and international students and customers.
- Handle leads and inquiries received through phone, website, social media, WhatsApp, email and referrals.
- Counsel prospective students on courses, certifications, workshops, training programs and career opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses, services and products.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → counseling → follow-up → conversion → enrollment → post-sales support.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, counseling, conversions, admissions and revenue.
- Follow up consistently with fresh, warm, inactive and existing leads.
- Handle objections professionally and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, repeat business and referral opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, enrollment and sales records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Admissions, Operations, Finance and Student Support teams for smooth customer experience.
- Maintain robust relationships with students and customers to drive repeat enrollments and referrals.
