The Real Estate Sales Executive does not close deals; they generate and qualify interest, then hand off warm conversations to the agents for closing. Key Responsibilities Database Outreach & Reactivation Send emails and text messages to contacts in the client's database to reopen the conversation about buying or selling Track outreach activity: who was contacted, who responded, and who needs follow-up Personalize outreach based on each contact's history (past client, old lead,
