We are looking for a GRC Functional Consultant with strong experience in Governance, Risk Compliance (GRC) and hands-on experience with the Corporater BMP platform.

The consultant will work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design GRC processes, configure the Corporater BMP platform, conduct testing, and support implementation and post-go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business and GRC requirements from clients.
- Conduct workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Configure Corporater BMP modules, workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Design and configure BPMN processes, workflows, approvals, and notifications.
- Configure user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Support GRC implementation, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Prepare functional documentation and process documents.
- Work on Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Incident Management, and Data Privacy processes.
- Support integrations, automation, and platform customizations.
- Identify process improvements and recommend system enhancements.
- Work closely with international clients and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in GRC / Governance, Risk Compliance
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Corporater BMP - Mandatory
- Experience in GRC Functional Consulting
- Experience in GRC implementation and configuration

- Experience with European clients/regulatory requirements is preferred
- Basic coding/scripting knowledge is an advantage
- SAP/Oracle ERP knowledge is an added advantage
- German language is a plus

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key: Corporater BMP experience is mandatory; candidates with only SAP GRC, ServiceNow GRC, Archer, RSA Archer, MetricStream, etc., but no Corporater BMP experience, should not be treated as a direct match.
