Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor AKC Technology plant through DCS and field operations.
- Handle Caustic Concentration Unit (CCU) and Caustic Soda Flaker (CSF) operations.
- Manage start-up, shutdown, and turnaround activities.
- Monitor chlorine (liquid/gas) handling, heat & mass balance, and yield optimization.
- Coordinate utilities: steam, power, water, compressed air, cooling systems.
- Ensure compliance with HSE practices: PTW, HAZOP, HIRA, confined space, hot work.
- Interpret process trends, alarms, interlocks via DCS/PLC/SCADA.
- Support quality compliance, RCA, CAPA, and audit documentation.
- Use SAP/ERP/CMMS for production and maintenance coordination
