Mission

Minimum bachelor s degree in engineering or a related technical field (preferred: Mechanical Engineering).

5+ years of relevant experience in cost engineering, procurement/manufacturing engineering, or technically driven supplier collaboration (or comparable engineering roles). Working knowledge of E-Houses is a plus.

Strong analytical and cost-engineering skills (should-costing, value engineering, and evaluation of supplier data and quotations).

Clear,



structured communication skills and the ability to collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Project Management, and suppliers.

Strong Excel skills and digital/tool proficiency; experience with TcPCM, aPriori, NX, or similar tools is a plus. Knowledge of advanced data management and multilinear performance pricing (MLPP) is an advantage.
