Job Summary
We have an opening for the post of Manager Maintenance vacant with my client to be based at Valsad Location. Kindly find further details below
Note: Chemical Industry or Paint Industry experience is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Oversee plant and utility maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Manage maintenance of utilities like boilers, chillers, compressors, etc.
- Lead installation & commissioning of recent equipment and projects.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, and statutory norms.
- Maintain all maintenance documentation and SOPs.
- Handle maintenance budgeting, spares planning, and cost control.
- Lead and guide the maintenance team & external vendors.
- Coordinate with production, QA, EHS, and other departments.
- Drive continuous improvement, 5S, and reliability initiatives.
