- Gain hands-on exposure to automotive component manufacturing processes.
- Understand production processes, machine operations, process flow, and work instructions.
- Support day-to-day production activities and achievement of production targets.
- Understand and monitor process parameters and identify abnormalities.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and process documents.
- Gain exposure to casting, machining, CNC, VMC, HMC, turning, milling, and related manufacturing processes, based on the assigned department.
- Learn and use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Gauges, and other inspection equipment.
- Support Quality teams in in-process and final inspection activities.
- Assist in identifying rejection, rework, process deviations, and customer-related quality issues.




- Participate in Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
- Support productivity improvement, cycle-time reduction, and process optimization initiatives.
- Follow SOPs, Work Instructions, Quality Standards, PPE, and safety requirements.
- Maintain production, quality, and process-related records.
- Participate in 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and other shop-floor improvement activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Engineering teams for resolving operational issues.
- Undergo structured technical and behavioural training as part of the Graduate Engineer Trainee program.
