Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

Minimum Criteria:

Experience

- 10 to 15 years Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline
- Good English Communication Skills (Verbal/Written)
- Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking and logical structuring skills
- NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE Scripting using Python/PowerShell is added advantage Knowledge on Optical Character Recognition algorithms Knowledge on AD, LDAP and Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business) and Unix/Linux is a value add

Resposibilities :

- Large scale implementation experience on DLP solutions such as McAfee/Trellix DLP Suite Endpoint & Network Monitor, Prevent & Discover
- Hands-On experience with Data classification and inventory programs including the use of data discovery tools such as Microsoft/McAfee/Symantec/Titus/Boldon James/Varonis etc.
- Experience with implementation of other Data protection technologies Encryption (File/Folder & Laptop/Desktop Drive and Email), Database Security (Database Activity Monitoring and Vulnerability Management) and Information Rights Management (IRM)




- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing technology and process solutions to reduce the potential risk of data compromise
- Define incident response workflow for DLP events and Develop metrics for measuring effectiveness of the DLP solution as well as define risk dashboards and apprise the same with Leadership
- Gather Business requirements by closely working with applicable stakeholders and Design and develop DLP rules based on the applicable regulations and business requirements
- Identify possible Data leak sources and take suitable prevention actions
- Solid troubleshooting skills on DLP technologies Experience in training Junior associates & DLP Awareness campaigns
- Flexible to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities
- Understanding of key industry and regulatory requirements such as PCI, HIPAA, NIST Cyber Security Framework and SOX etc.
