Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop plastic components for various products, ensuring manufacturability and cost-eAectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, manufacturing, and suppliers, to develop and optimize designs.
- Ensure design feasibility by applying knowledge of injection molding techniques and material selection.
- Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) with accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize 3D CAD software (Creo/UG) for part design, assembly, and technical drawings.
- Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) studies to enhance product quality and eAiciency.

Key Requirements

- 4-5 years of experience in product design and development of plastic parts.
- Robust knowledge of injection molding processes, material behavior, and tooling.
- Proficiency in Creo or UG (Unigraphics/NX) for 3D modeling and detailing.
- Experience in BOM (Bill of Materials) management and engineering documentation.
