Toyota Kirloskar Motor Project management consultant services (PMC) - Contract Management for GF project works at TKM in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra.

Responsibilities

- Contract Administration Governance - Administer EPC, EPCM, PMC, Design Build, and item-rate contracts from award through close-out. Ensure strict compliance with contract conditions, scope definitions, milestones, payment terms, and statutory obligations. Maintain comprehensive contract documentation including contract registers, correspondence logs, change/variation trackers, and claims registers. Provide interpretation of contract clauses and advise project teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk exposure. Align contract administration practices with PMO/PMC governance frameworks and reporting systems.
- Variations, Claims EOT Management - Lead preparation, evaluation, and negotiation of variation orders, change order/ requests, claims (cost time), and EOT submissions. Perform delay and disruption analysis including critical path impact and entitlement validation. Quantify cost/time implications of scope changes and project deviations. Ensure robust documentation and defensible position for claim submission and dispute resolution. Drive proactive claim strategies to maximize recovery and minimize risks.
- Commercial Contractual Risk Management - Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle. Support pre-award activities like contract reviews, risk allocation analysis, and commercial clarifications and deviations. Ensure effective contract flow-down obligations to vendors and subcontractors.



Advise management on commercial strategies and risk mitigation plans. Maintain project risk registers aligned with governance systems.
- Subcontract Vendor Contract Management - Support Procurement and Legal teams in drafting and negotiating subcontracts, LOIs, and POs. Ensure alignment with main contract covering scope, payment terms, LDs, warranties, and statutory compliance. Manage subcontractor claims, variations, and final account settlements. Ensure timely commercial closure of contractor packages.
- Cost Control Financial Coordination - Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost performance. Track committed vs actual costs and support margin improvement initiatives. Review invoices, RA bills, and payment milestones. Support cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization. Provide structured input for Monthly commercial report, management dashboard, Project review meeting.
- Client Stakeholder Management - Act as key commercial interface with clients, consultants, and contractors. Participate in review meetings, negotiations, and dispute discussions. Support project leadership during escalations and arbitration/litigation processes. Ensure alignment of commercial actions with overall project delivery strategy.
