Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for staff and workmen; ensure smooth onboarding and induction.
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, IDPs, and internal mobility for critical roles.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis and execute annual L&D; calendar (technical, safety, leadership).
- Own employee engagement initiatives, surveys, wellness programs, and culture-building actions.
- Design and manage plant-level Rewards & Recognition frameworks.
- Ensure HR SOPs, labour law compliance, audits, and governance practices.
- Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and present people metrics to leadership.
- Coach line managers on people processes, discipline, and policy adherence.
