_Role and Responsibilities_

- Edit and produce high-quality educational videos, promos, reels, and course content for The True Topper

- Work with academic and marketing teams to understand video requirements and convert scripts into engaging visuals

- Add graphics, animations, subtitles, transitions, and sound effects to enhance learning experience

- Maintain brand consistency across all video content and social media creatives

- Manage raw footage, organize assets, and maintain video library

- Stay updated on edtech trends, video formats, and editing tools to keep content fresh

- Collaborate with the Business Development team to create pitch videos and client presentations for schools

- Deliver projects within deadlines while meeting quality standards

- Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and school presentations

_Requirements:_





- Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Animation, or any relevant field

- 2-6years of experience in video editing, preferably in edtech, e-learning, or digital marketing

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut. Knowledge of Canva and basic motion graphics is a plus

- Solid storytelling sense and understanding of pacing for educational content

- Good communication skills and ability to take feedback

- Portfolio of previous work required

- Fluency in English and Hindi preferred

_Salary:_ 18,000 - 35,000 per month

_Based on experience and portfolio_
