Job Role: SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant

Exp: 6+ Years

Job Description:

- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM and SAP Payroll
- Solid expertise in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)
- Extensive experience in SAP Payroll configuration and support
- Knowledge of Time Management (TM), Leave Management, and Attendance Processing
- Experience in payroll schema, rules, wage types, and payroll processing
- Strong understanding of payroll validations, statutory compliance, and taxation processes
- Experience in end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) business processes
- Hands-on experience in Employee Master Data Management and Personnel Actions
- Experience in payroll reconciliation, payroll reporting, and month-end activities
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO, SuccessFactors, and third-party systems




- Experience in interfaces, data migration, and HR pay-related reporting
- Ability to gather business requirements and prepare Functional Specifications
- Experience in testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support
- Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll Localization and Country-Specific Payroll Processes
- Experience in SAP HCM to SuccessFactors integration projects is preferred
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is an added advantage
- Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects
- SAP HCM/Payroll Certification is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments
