We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Executive to join our team in Mumbai (HO). The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide technical support and assistance to employees with desktop-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and other computer systems.
- Develop and implement procedures for desktop support and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop support services.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates of desktop systems to ensure optimal performance.

Job Requirements

- Any graduate degree in a computer-related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with desktop support tools and technologies.
