- We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment consultancy
- The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening IT professionals, understanding client requirements, searching candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms, conducting initial screening calls, checking notice period, CTC and candidate availability, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records and following up until joining
- Experience in IT recruitment, vendor/sub-vendor hiring and immediate/15-30 day joiner requirements will be preferred.
