Role & responsibilities

- Monitor all fabrication, integration, and outfitting activities to ensure productive, on-schedule project execution
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project timelines, cost management, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with the procurement team to secure timely and quality materials, streamlining inventory levels and reordering points
- Implement rigorous quality standards across all Block construction activities, conducting regular audits to confirm compliance with industry and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and guide the Heads of Hull/Steel Fabrication, Pipeshop, and Block Outfitting, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of collaboration
- Directly manage the financial performance of the Block Construction Site, tracking expenditures and implementing cost-control strategies
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
