Job Summary

Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS HRMS technical solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports. Design and implement RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements). Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop and support HRMS integrations using APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and file-based interfaces (CSV/XML). Create and maintain BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports and perform complex SQL data extraction. Customize and support Oracle Workflow, AME, and SSHR processes for HRMS approvals and transactions. Work extensively with HRMS data models, including PER, Payroll tables, and Oracle HRMS APIs. Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system stability. Support code migrations, deployments, patching, upgrades, and technical documentation. Ensure adherence to Oracle EBS development standards and provide technical support throughout project lifecycles.
