Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Industry Lead / Manager / Sr. Manager to own and deliver recruitment mandates across key clients. This role involves end-to-end ownership of mandates, client engagement, and team contribution, along with building solid industry networks and driving high-quality closures.

- Recruiting for and closing mandates given by client with support of seniors / independently
- Plan & execute the client deliverables.
- Deliver consistently on individual recruitment targets and team goals
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management
- Understand client requirements deeply and translate them into effective hiring strategies for Mid to top management hiring, Niche hiring
- Should have an excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional recruitment channels.
- Mentor and guide junior team members/recruiters
- Strong hands on head hunting experience required.
- Support driving team productivity and delivery excellence
- Contribute to building best practices within the team
