Role & responsibilities

Handle Healthcare litigation related to medical malpractice,

Patient rights, Insurance claims, and Institutional exposure,

Effectively mitigating risks.

Ensure strict adherence to healthcare laws,

internal governance protocols, and compliance frameworks, strengthening institutional integrity.

Provide strategic legal advisory on various matters including :-

Property acquisition,

Employee disputes,

Regulatory classifications, and contractual liabilities.

Support the legal and compliance functions for the establishment

Preferred candidate profile

Require a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM), with 4 to 10+ years of corporate or commercial experience.
