We are looking for a skilled qualified to join our FND team.

Designation: Scientist I - FND
No. of Positions: 2

Qualification: M. Pharm - Pharmaceutics
Experience: 4 to 6 Years in Formulations
Job Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:
1. Literatures & patents search and review.
2. Application of Test licenses, Import license and other licenses/NOC as per the requirements.
3. Reference product characterization and reverse engineering.
4. Reformulation studies and initiation of prototype development.
5. Design and develop the prototype formulations such as Tablets /Capsules/ Pellets/ MUPS).
6. Knowledge of immediate and modified release dosage formulations for regulated markets (EU/UK/Canada/Australia) & non-regulated markets.
7. Monitor the stability studies and finalization of prototype formulation.
8.



Optimization of formula and composition as per the QbD principles.
9. Manufacturing of Lab-scale batches at R&D; and scaling up to pilot/production levels at site.
10. Preparation of technology transfer documents (BOM/ MFR/ Stability protocols) and other quality documents (API, FP Specifications, PDR, query response) as per the requirements.
11. Support for the troubleshooting for the commercial scale batches at site.
