Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular status updates and meetings.
- Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or issues.
Job Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (SDLC) and ability to apply them effectively.
- Proficiency in Java programming language is required; knowledge of other programming languages is an asset.
