Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth for our Cloud Kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG, QSR, Catering, Food Service, or Cloud Kitchen businesses and a proven track record in sales, business expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and onboard current corporate clients, channel partners, and institutional customers.
- Build strategic partnerships with food aggregators, corporate offices, catering companies, and key stakeholders.
- Explore new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end client acquisition, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Develop sales forecasts, business plans, and growth strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Drive customer retention and maximize business from existing accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
