Job Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings for residential projects.
- Understand client requirements and develop suitable design concepts.
- Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, interior designers, and site engineers.
- Conduct site visits and assess site conditions, measurements, and requirements.
- Prepare and modify drawings based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure construction follows approved drawings.
- Review drawings, dimensions, materials, and specifications for accuracy.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, design discussions, and revisions.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors when required.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits.
- Resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings,



approvals, and revisions.
- Manage multiple residential projects and ensure timely completion.

Education Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
