Job Summary

We are looking for a Procure to Pay (P2P) Processor - Travel & Expense professional to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and working knowledge of MS Excel. Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Travel & Expense (T&E;) transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
- Review and validate employee expense claims as per company policies.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Maintain records and documentation related to expense processing.
- Resolve employee queries related to travel and expense reimbursements.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

- B.Com
- BBA
- Any Commerce Graduate





Required Skills

- Good analytical skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work in adaptable shift hours

Mandatory Requirements

- Candidates must be willing to work from the office as per business requirements.
- Must be comfortable working in the 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift.
- For experienced candidates, PF and Form 16 documents from all previous organizations are mandatory during the hiring process.
