Job Title: Recruiter Non-IT (Sourcing Expert)

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai (On-site)

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Days Off

Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Non-IT Recruiter specializing in end-to-end sourcing and talent acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines to fill Non-IT roles across various business domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end Non-IT recruitment processes, from profile identification to final candidate onboarding.
- Focus heavily on active sourcing using job portals, networking platforms, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, domain knowledge,



communication ability, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking pipelines and ensure seamless offer rollouts.

Mandatory Requirements

- PF / UAN History: Must have mandatory past Provident Fund (PF) contributions and an active UAN from previous employment. (Profiles without prior PF records will not be considered).
- Robust hands-on experience in sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation for Non-IT positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite at Vikhroli, Mumbai under a 5-day work pattern.
