ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Site Operations who will be responsible for directly handling project sites, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring timely and smooth execution of office furniture and workstation projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

Directly visit and manage assigned project sites

Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, interior designers, and site teams

Monitor installation and execution of office furniture, workstations, and related products

Understand project drawings, layouts, measurements, and site requirements

Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams for timely delivery and execution

Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project requirements

Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for solutions

Maintain daily site progress updates and project reports

Ensure proper quality, finishing, and installation standards at the site





Track material requirements and coordinate for timely availability

Handle client queries and provide regular project updates

Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline

Key Skills Required

Good knowledge of site execution and project coordination

Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and layouts

Good knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting

Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple site activities

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, site supervision, project execution, or interior/furniture projects

Experience in office furniture, interior projects, modular workstations, or site execution preferred

Good communication and client-handling skills

Willingness to travel to project sites

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Comfortable working in a site-based, on-ground role
