AGM Engineering, this role is similar to COE but more focused towards engineering specific output for successfully delivery of engineering projects also This role requires robust leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
The role of an Engineering Head is pivotal in driving technical excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products or services.
Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the entire engineering organization: The Engineering Head operates at the intersection of technical expertise and business strategy, coordinating with cross-functional teams and making critical decisions that impact the engineering organization.
- Managing the engineering department: This includes activities, people management,



workload, and resources management.
- Ensuring engineering maturity and competency
- The role demands a high level of competency for daily operations and business development.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders: The Engineering Head collaborates closely with stakeholders in Product, Design, and Sales to deliver results and navigate roadblocks.
- Driving innovation and quality: The Engineering Head is responsible for driving engineering excellence and ensuring that all projects are delivered on cost and time to the highest quality standards
