Role Summary

We're looking for a hands-on offline Marketer to drive ground-level brand building and store launch marketing for HealthSy Pharmacy. This is an execution-first role focused on hyperlocal visibility, community engagement, and healthcare partnerships that directly translate into store footfall.

You'll independently plan and execute high-impact BTL campaigns across multiple store locations — working closely with vendors, doctors, RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations), and internal teams. The role requires robust ownership, sharp attention to detail,



and the ability to run several on-ground initiatives in parallel with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Launch & Hyperlocal Marketing
- Plan and execute end-to-end BTL campaigns for new store launches — leafleting, standees, banners, in-store branding, launch-day activations
- Design and manage physical marketing collateral: flyers, posters, standees, danglers, and other branding materials
- Drive local area activations (societies, markets, high-footfall zones) to build awareness and increase walk-ins
- Own the launch calendar and manage BTL budgets across all locations

2. Community & Healthcare Partnerships
- Build and manage doctor-clinic engagement programs (OPD tie-ups, referral programs, in-clinic branding) to drive prescriptions and footfall
- Execute apartment/RWA and community-level initiatives — society activations, resident engagement programs
- Plan and coordinate medical camps, health c
