Join us as a Business Analyst – Customer Onboarding, Compliance & Surveillance Systems, where you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic change initiatives, support regulatory and business transformation projects, and enhance processes across Wealth and Private Banking while ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should

Demonstrate strong knowledge of Wealth and Private Banking products, possess experience in business analysis and change delivery, effectively manage stakeholders and incidents, and have a sound understanding of client onboarding, financial crime compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications
- Experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Strong knowledge of Wealth and Private Banking business and products.
- Experience with UHNI client onboarding and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
- Valuable understanding of Sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), and FATCA regulations.




- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Transaction Monitoring, and Trade Surveillance.
- Experience in Change Management, Incident Management, and Stakeholder Management.

Desirable Skills/Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of MS SQL.
- Experience working on regulatory, transformation, or process improvement initiatives within the Wealth or Private Banking domain.
