Our team is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer for one of our clients.

Our customer is a company operating in the geriatrics sector, focused on modernising their infrastructure to improve care delivery through technology.

The project is migrating workloads from on-premises and Azure to AWS. We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who has led such migrations or has the maturity to handle complex cloud transitions.

Location: India (timezone alignment with Australia)

Technology stack: AWS, Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Python or Bash

Responsibilities and tasks:

- Lead the Azure AWS cloud migration.
- Assess onpremises workloads and define liftandshift, refactor, or modernisation strategies.
- Design and manage infrastructureascode using Terraform.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines.
- Manage containerised workloads on Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) and ECS/Fargate.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability across all environments.
- Define and enforce security, access control, and compliance standards.




- Automate repetitive operational tasks and drive toil reduction.
- Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps culture.

Our expectations of the candidate:

- 7+ years in DevOps or platform engineering (ideally 78 years).
- Proven experience migrating onpremises workloads to cloud.
- Deep, handson AWS expertise (not just theoretical).
- Solid Azure background (for migration context).
- Production experience with Terraform at scale.
- Handson experience with Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
- Container orchestration using ECS/Fargate.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
- Securityfirst mindset across cloud infrastructure.
