Role Summary

The Senior Manager - Production will be responsible for leading the production and quality functions of Magicrete s Precast and Hollowcore manufacturing operations. The role will ensure timely production, adherence to quality standards, optimum resource utilization, and operational efficiency across all manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead production operations for precast elements and hollowcore products.
- Ensure achievement of production targets and alignment with project schedules.
- Manage quality assurance and quality control across the manufacturing process.
- Optimize utilization of manpower, moulds, machinery, materials, and production resources.
- Coordinate with Planning, Design, Projects, Maintenance, QA/QC, and Logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Drive productivity improvement, process optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality,



and operational standards.
- Prepare production, quality, and performance reports for management review.

Required Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Industry Background

- 10-15 years of experience in Precast Manufacturing, Hollowcore Production, Construction, Infrastructure, Concrete Products, or related industries.
- Solid experience in production planning, precast casting operations, hollowcore manufacturing, and quality management.
- Experience in leading production teams and driving manufacturing excellence initiatives.
