Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability. Identify and address potential cost overruns and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement processes for managing change orders in projects. Ensure all changes are documented, evaluated for impact, and approved by relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Maintain solid relationships, provide regular updates, and address any concerns or changes in project scope.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits of repair work. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and incidents.
