Role Summary

The Manager - Specification (Wall Panels) will be responsible for driving product specifications and approvals for Magicrete Wall Panels across private sector projects in the Delhi/NCR market. The role focuses on building robust relationships with architects, structural consultants, PMCs, developers, builders, and contractors to generate product specifications and support project conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive product specifications for Magicrete Wall Panels across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, structural consultants, PMCs, developers, builders, and contractors.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and awareness sessions for key stakeholders.
- Identify and track upcoming projects and maintain a strong specification pipeline.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert specified projects into business opportunities.
- Ensure inclusion of Magicrete Wall Panels in project BOQs,



tender documents, and technical specifications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on specifications, project pipeline, and conversion status.

Required Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Experience Industry Background

- 4-5 years of experience in Specification Sales, Project Sales, or Technical Sales.
- Experience in Wall Panels, AAC Products, Drywall Systems, PEB, Sandwich Panels, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, or related industries preferred.
- Strong exposure to architects, consultants, PMCs, and private sector project specifications in the Delhi/NCR region will be preferred.
