Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage employee compensation packages, including base salary, bonuses, advantages, and other incentives.
- Develop and implement variable pay programs to motivate employees based on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for compensation practices.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform compensation decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 7-14 years of experience in Compensation Management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors software for managing employee data.
- Proven track record in developing effective compensation plans that drive business results.
