Qualifications Must-Haves

- BE / B.Tech (Mechanical)
- 5-7 years of experience in production within a manufacturing industry (especially process engineering)
- Experience in handling multiple vendors for outsourced processes preferred

Key Responsibilities / Accountability

- Meet project timelines
- Implement quality standards in production and review QC reports
- Achieve production targets for assigned projects
- Develop alternate vendors and conduct audits with Factory Quality Manager
- Ensure timely completion of jobs

Responsibilities

- Manage assigned outsourced jobs to ensure time, cost, and quality compliance
- Offload jobs after consultation with Reporting Manager
- Generate accurate work orders with scope, party, rate, and delivery timelines




- Monitor job execution as per activity charts, including cost and quality checkpoints
- Ensure techno-commercial clarity within target timelines
- Provide accurate and timely information to vendors and PMO
- Track and update job status for all outsourced jobs
- Oversee stage-wise inspections and FAT / pre-FAT checks
- Prioritize multiple jobs with vendors
- Coordinate timely supply of materials within BCEPL scope
- Maintain soft copy archiving of job data
- Update and forward job status to PMO for client communication
