Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries through Tally ERP software.
- Maintain records of all payroll transactions and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement in the payroll process and implement changes as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in payroll management or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Tally ERP software for salary processing.
- Solid understanding of PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances required by law.
