Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the complete Human Resources function across the organization. The role will be responsible for HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, manpower planning, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the complete HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance and Employee Relations functions.
- Drive manpower planning and workforce budgeting across departments.
- Lead senior-level and critical hiring requirements.
- Develop recruitment strategies to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Establish and monitor KPI/KRA and Performance Management Systems.
- Manage employee engagement, retention and grievance-handling initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws, Factory Act, CLRA and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage contract labour and workforce-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and organizational processes.
- Handle disciplinary matters and employee relations effectively.
- Drive training, learning and development initiatives.
- Prepare and monitor HR MIS, manpower reports, attrition reports and other management dashboards.




- Partner with business heads and senior management on organizational development and people-related decisions.
- Build a robust HR team and ensure effective delegation and performance management.
- Support organizational restructuring, succession planning and leadership development.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
- Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel and HR reporting.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and business heads.

Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, textile, apparel or retail organizations.
- Should have experience handling a large workforce and multi-functional HR operations.
- Strong exposure to factory/plant HR and employee relations will be an advantage.
- Should be capable of independently managing the complete HR function.
