Position: Data Analyst
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform raw data into
meaningful insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise
in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, and AI-powered productivity tools, along with a solid
understanding of programming logic and data automation. The role requires working closely with
the Program Manager and HR Team, along with other cross-functional stakeholders, to build
dashboards, automate reports, improve data quality, and support strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with the Program Manager and HR Team to understand business
requirements, define reporting needs, and deliver data-driven insights.

Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
Create advanced Excel and Google Sheets solutions using formulas, pivot tables, dashboards,
Power Query, and automation wherever applicable.

Automate recurring reports and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business
needs into analytical solutions.

Use AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, generate insights, and
enhance data analysis.
•

Apply programming logic to solve analytical problems and support process automation.
Document processes, reporting logic, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting frameworks, analytics, and
business processes.

Learn and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications




•
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business
Analytics, or a related field. Masters in any of these field will help.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas, dashboards, and
automation.

Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
Positive understanding of programming concepts and logical thinking. Exposure to SQL,
Python, JavaScript, or similar languages is an advantage.

Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Replit etc.) to improve
analysis, reporting, and workflow automation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with APIs and data integrations.
Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, Google Apps Script,
Zapier, or Make.

Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence platforms.
