Role & responsibilities

The Head HR Operations will lead the complete HR operations function for a large-scale steel manufacturing facility, ensuring effective manpower management, employee relations, statutory compliance, HR processes, workforce productivity, and alignment of people practices with business objectives.

The role requires strong experience in large manufacturing/steel operations, with the ability to manage a significant blue-collar and white-collar workforce, multiple stakeholders, contractors, unions, and plant leadership.
