Position: Enterprise Sales Manager

At TechMatrix Consulting, we are expanding our enterprise sales team and looking for a strong Enterprise Sales Representative who can help drive our next phase of growth.

We work at the intersection of Salesforce, AI, and digital transformation, helping enterprises solve complex business problems through consulting-led solutions.

We are looking for someone who understands how to build trust, create value, and close meaningful business outcomes.

Role Overview
This is a high-impact role focused on new business acquisition, strategic account development, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders, while working closely with internal consulting and delivery teams to shape and close opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end enterprise sales across target accounts
• Identify and develop new logo opportunities
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders
• Sell Salesforce consulting, AI solutions, and digital transformation services
• Partner with pre-sales, architects,



and delivery teams to create compelling solution pitches
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal progression with discipline
• Contribute to both short-term wins and long-term account growth

What Were Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
• Strong background in IT services, consulting, SaaS, CRM, or cloud sales
• Proven ability to close mid to large enterprise deals in BFSI domain
• Experience in consultative and value-led selling
• Robust communication, executive presence, and commercial acumen
• Prior experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or digital transformation space will be an advantage
