**Required Qualifications & Skills**

* BE / BSc qualification.

* 1–2 years of experience in Tendering & Bidding.

* Hands-on experience with online tender portals, especially **GeM**.

* Knowledge of tender document analysis, bid preparation, and submission.

* Experience with **SAP, CRM**, and other ERP software.

* Good communication and analytical skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tenders and ensure timely bid submission.

**Job Responsibilities**

* Handle complete tendering and bidding activities.

* Analyze tender documents and prepare technical/commercial bids.

* Coordinate internally for bid compilation and submission.

* Manage online tenders through GeM and other portals.

* Ensure compliance with tender requirements and timelines.
