Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and implement compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees in the IT services industry.
- Develop and maintain market-competitive salary structures, bonus plans, and other incentives to drive business results.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment of compensation policies with company goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal data to inform compensation decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related field (IT Services & Consulting).
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors software for managing employee benefits programs.
- Proven track record of developing effective variable pay plans that drive business outcomes.
