Proven experience managing S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects

- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Waterfall frameworks

- Experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle (Initiation Go-Live)
- Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Experience in managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Exposure to SAP functional modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.)
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project delivery

• Define and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones

• Ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategy

• Manage project governance, reporting,



and status tracking

• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies

• Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans

• Oversee budget, resource allocation, and financial tracking

• Ensure adherence to SAP methodologies (Activate, Agile, Waterfall)

• Drive testing phases (SIT, UAT) and quality assurance

• Lead cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support

• Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous improvement

• Manage vendor and partner relationships

• Ensure successful change management and user adoption
