Role-Senior Manager -MICE Operations

Location-Mumbai_ Lower parel

Responsibilties-

1. Set guidelines and TATs for the team to secure services and client requirements

2. Oversee the planning, logistics, and on-ground execution of individual group operations

3. Ensure the team is aligned and assist sales to cater to customer requirements with optimumsolutions and in timely manner

4. Act as a key operations point-of-contact for large clients; understand client goals and align operations accordingly.

5. Payments to suppliers to be monitored and processed

6. Ensure that file closures are done online and within time

7. Continuous feedback to/from the supply chain to enhance quality of output

8. Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction on all files

9.



Ensure that the team is exposed to destination trainings to enhance their knowledge andbecome universally skilled to manage all destinations

10. Software training and knowledge sharing on regular basis

11. Closely monitor internal team coordination visa, airline, FX, accounts, sales and control thedashboard everyday as applicable for the role

12. Control the escalations and provide swift resolution to ensure client satisfaction.

13. Monitor compliance with travel policies, visa requirements, insurance, and safety protocols.

14. Continuous focus to be maintained on enhancing margins (on files being operated) post sales

15. Ensure systems updates are consistent and updated with all the relevant costs
