MIS Manager (Production & Merchandising | Garment Factory)(DHAKA, BANGLADESH)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete inventory of fabric, trims, accessories, packing materials, WIP and finished goods.
- Monitor fabric and trims inward, issue, transfer and consumption.
- Ensure material availability as per production plan and highlight shortages in advance.
- Maintain style-wise, order-wise and SKU-wise inventory records.
- Track material ageing, slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Merchandising, teams for inventory requirements.
- Monitor fabric utilization, wastage, rejection and excess consumption.
- Line-wise and factory-wise production tracking.
- T&A; (Time & Action) calendar monitoring.
- Production pending and balance quantity analysis
- Daily production plan vs. actual.
- Track mill-wise production status and proactively highlight any delays or risks that may impact garment production timelines.
- Coordinate with buyers for order schedules, delivery timelines,



and shipment commitments.
- Maintain regular communication with buyers regarding order status, production progress, and expected delivery dates.
- Coordinate LC-related activities for fabric procurement and export shipments, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with agreed terms.
- Follow up with banks, mills, suppliers, and buyers for LC opening, amendments, validity, and required documentation.
- Prepare and maintain style-wise garment costing based on fabric, trims, accessories, CM, washing, printing/embroidery, packing, freight and other applicable costs

MUST HAVE

ADVANCED EXCEL

Positive to Have

- Experience in Garment manufacturing MIS
- Knowledge of Claude AI or other AI tools for data analysis
- Hands-on experience with Google Sheets.
