Job Responsibilities

- Demonstrating, presenting, introducing and selling banking products.
- Generating current leads and following up on leads provided.
- Maintaining records of sales leads and customer interactions.
- Willingness to travel and convince customers to purchase loan products.
- Building a good relationship and approach with customers.
- Generating leads and ensuring successful closures.
- Travelling throughout rural and urban areas to meet customers.
- Completing customer loan proposals and submitting them to the Bank.
- Processing customer files and maintaining records and reports.
- Maintaining customer relationships during pre-sales and post-sales.

Required Candidate Profile





- Good customer approach and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local customers and target businesses.
- Age between 1835 years.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Sales experience is an added advantage.
- 2-wheeler preferred.
- Male candidates preferred due to compulsory field work.
- Candidates from Nagapattinam, Karaikal, Kallakurichi and nearby locations are preferred.
