Sales Marketing (Field Crop)

- Plan and execute regional and territory-level marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing lead to develop and roll out product-specific campaigns.
- Support regional sales teams by monitoring liquidation drives, demos, farmer meetings, and field days.
- Ensure timely availability of promotional materials (leaflets, banners, POP, etc.).
- Evaluate seasonal product performance and provide actionable insights.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and recent opportunities for product introduction and market expansion.
- Guide the sales team on right product positioning and competition mapping.
- Provide timely marketing reports (weekly/monthly) for review.
- Train and support field teams on CRM and digital business tools; ensure 100% utilization.




- Develop technical capabilities of the sales team through structured training and handholding.
- Support budgeting activities across sales, operations, capex, and manpower.

Location :Maharashtra/ Karnataka (HQ- Solapur/Akluj) Experience : 5-8 years of experience No of Position :01 Qualification :M.Sc./B.Sc. Agri. Or Allied Science + MBA in Agribusiness
