- Finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and financial statements.
- Prepare and review monthly MIS and financial reports for management.
- Handle and coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits.
- Ensure proper accounting and financial reporting as per applicable standards.
- Review reconciliations, provisions, ledgers, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for timely closure of audits.
- Monitor GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Support management with financial analysis and business reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate financial records.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualified CA with 45 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred.
