Job Responsibility

1. Airport Baby Care Room Operations

- Conduct regular visits to assigned airport Baby Feeding Rooms as per the roster.
- Ensure Baby Care Rooms are well-maintained, presentable, and aligned with brand and safety standards.

- Identify repair or maintenance needs during visits and ensure timely closure.
- Submit detailed reports following each visit.
- Track and share daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

- Support in organising events, activities, and awareness drives.
- Monitor social media and customer feedback platforms, escalating and addressing negative reviews promptly.

2. SIH (Shop-in-Hospitals) Quality Management

- Develop and manage audit rosters to ensure each SIH is evaluated once every quarter or as per business requirements.
- Conduct regular in office SIH quality audits as per the define questionnaire.
- Submit comprehensive evaluation reports following each visit.





- Observe and assess sales interactions to collect feedback and performance insights.
- Evaluate Sales Promoters on grooming, communication, and customer delight standards.
- Coach and mentor Sales Promoters to ensure they represent Himalaya BabyCare with excellence.
- Recommend training needs to the Training Department based on audit findings.

- Assess overall SIH presentation, hygiene, display standards, and product placement.
- Suggest recommendations to enhance the SIH presentability and performance.
- Track and share daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly reports with relevant stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in working with airports (preferred)
